Rodneaka Smith-Scroggins is a dedicated leader with proven experience in advancing academic achievement, teacher development, and fostering a positive school culture. As a Louisiana native, she is committed to fairness and opportunity for students and families. Currently serving as Principal at William B. Miller Elementary School, she utilizes best practices to enhance student achievement, teacher performance, and campus climate.
